1. Returns

You have 48 - hours  from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Custom/personalized products

3. How to return

Email fizaaijaz703@gmail.com. with your order number and reason.
We will provide the return address.
Do not send items back before contacting us.

4. Damages / wrong items

Inspect your order immediately. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund.

5. Return shipping costs

  • Defective/incorrect item → We pay

  • Customer changed mind → You pay

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days), approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Late or missing refunds

Check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company / bank. Still no refund? Email us.
