Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates – actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount (see website banners).

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track it directly through the carrier's website.

5. Customs & Duties (for international orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us.
For lost packages (no tracking updates for 15+ days after estimated delivery), we will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If the order is returned to us, you will be charged for re-shipping.
